UD Shaeland Jati Furniture is a furniture enterprise based in Mlonggo, Jepara. Our enterprise was established in 2002 with a focus on producing, collecting, and selling indoor and outdoor furniture. We have obtained SVLK certification. Our enterprise has a total of 5 employees of which the workers are women. Our teak and saman tree (A. saman) are sourced from local forest farmers and Perhutani in Java, including 30% of women in charge of the operation of the woodlot. We have a total asset of IDR 500 million and average annual sales of IDR 1 billion in the recent three years. We are looking for any scheme of investment to fund our business project on the capital cost to create crafted furniture to be exported to New Zealand.
